As a graduate and member of the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America I can provide timely, accurate and well researched valuations of estate assets reported in a manner compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Personal Property Appraisals are often questioned by the courts and an accurate and defendable Appraisal Report is essential to timely settlement.		  

And finally, as a CAI Auctioneer, a designation earned by less than 4% of auctioneers nationwide (the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute is a three year designation process conducted by the National Auctioneer’s Association and held at Indiana University) I can assist in the liquidation of the estate’s real and personal property by the auction method of marketing. The auction method of marketing is efficient and expeditious and can often yield higher returns than other options.
